The French Afterschool Club at Shepherdswell CEP School runs for 5 sessions from 17 September to 15 October.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place.
Children must be collected promptly at the end of each session.
Missed sessions are non‑refundable.
If a session is cancelled by L’Atelier Français (e.g. illness, emergency or school closure), a replacement session or refund will be offered.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the first session for a full refund.
After the club has started, bookings are non‑refundable.
Information provided in this form is used solely to manage your child’s participation in the French Afterschool Club. Your booking details (child’s name, year group and attendance register) will be shared with Shepherdswell CEP School for safeguarding and administrative purposes. Your personal contact details will not be shared with any other third parties and will be stored securely. You may request correction or deletion of your data at any time.
